Red River Freight is delighted to announce that we’ve partnered with DDM Imports to allow our customers to import and store vehicles with us.

If you’ve ever tried to bring a vehicle into the United States, you’ll know it’s a process fraught with paperwork and legalities without an importer already registered with National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHSTA).

From rock trucks to tractors, at Red River Freight, we’ve been storing vehicles for years but we haven’t been involved in the importing process recently. Good news, that’s all changed! We’ve teamed up with the folk at DDM Imports to make the process of importing and storing vehicles as simple as possible for our customers.

Based in Spokane, WA, DDM Imports have been importing cars into the United States since 2016. Their importing license, combined with our storage lot located in St. Vincent, MN, will allow us the opportunity to facilitate importing of vehicles from Canada into the United States via the Pembina, ND port of entry. 

DDM also does cluster changes and can facilitate any necessary repairs to bring automobiles into compliance for import. We are extremely excited to begin this endeavor and can’t wait to work together to make motor vehicle importing go as smoothly as possible.
