How Red River Freight 3PL works?
Step One – Get in Touch
Before we start providing 3PL services for you, we want to get to know your business and what matters most to you and your customers. We’ll discuss your needs and help you to see if our services are right for you, for example:
- Do you want us to provide kitting services?
- Are you insured or shall we take care of this for you?
- Who will cover packaging costs?
Step Two – Start your trial
We typically suggest a 60-day trial so you can be sure we’re the right 3PL provider for you before committing to a contract. After 60 days, we can assess and are both free to terminate the contract or evaluate terms after this period.
Step Three – Send your products to us
Once we’re aligned on your needs, all you need to do is arrange for your products to be shipped to us from the factory and your orders to come to us from your ecommerce platform. We’ll take care of the rest! We:
- Receive your inventory and log it into stock
- Safely store your goods in our 13,500-square-foot heated storage facility (or our outdoor storage facility if more suitable)
- Receive your ecommerce orders
- Pick and pack your orders
- Ship them to your customers (often the same day as the customer places the order

- Monthly Pallet Slot fee: $30
- Warehouse hourly rate: $40
- Shipment Fee: Rate depends on what shipping accounts are used. We can use third-party billing and use the customer accounts, or we have deep discounted rates with FedEx & UPS
